She comprehensively deals with civil and criminal cases of a commercial nature. She is particularly interested in issues related to the protection of the creditor against the debtor’s insolvency. She supports Clients in recovering the difficult debts with the use of instruments of civil and criminal law. She represents Clients in complex proceedings initiated by an actio Pauliana as well as in commercial criminal cases related to the punishable concealment or disposal of debtor\u2019s assets.<\/p>\n
