She cooperates with the Law Firm as\u00a0of counsel. Her professional focus is on commercial and business law, with particular emphasis on comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout her professional practice, she has been involved in ongoing corporate services for business entities, including the drafting and review of documentation for partnerships and companies, as well as handling their incorporation, transformations, divisions, mergers, and liquidations.
