Wiktor Kap\u0142on is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Pozna\u0144. Since 2025, he has been enrolled in the legal counsel training program at the Pozna\u0144 Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.<\/p>\n
He holds a master\u2019s degree in law, having defended his thesis in commercial company law, which concerned the procedure for excluding a partner from a limited liability company. His interests include civil proceedings, in particular enforcement proceedings, and commercial law in the broad sense, with a focus on commercial company law.<\/p>\n
He also gained his professional experience during his studies, working in law firms in Pozna\u0144.<\/p>\n
Privately, he is a football enthusiast, an active player in a football club and, since 2018, a football referee
\nin the Referees’ Association of the Wielkopolska Football Association. In addition to football, he has
\nbeen regularly training in swimming for many years. His other interests include music, in particular
\nplaying the piano.<\/p>\n
