She specializes in civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on new technologies law, intellectual property law, and competition and consumer protection law. She is also involved in real estate transactions and construction processes.
She has many years of experience in corporate advisory and shaping business relationships, particularly in the areas mentioned above.
She handles cases before common courts as well as during negotiations and mediations, including those involving foreign entities.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Modern Languages (Spanish Philology) at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She also completed postgraduate studies in her practiced specializations: Competition Law (Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences), American Law School (University of Warsaw, Emory University School of Law, and Georgia State University College of Law, USA), and Spanish Law School (University of Warsaw, Universidad de Castilla – La Mancha, Spain).
Advocate, member of the Greater Poland Bar Association. Member of the Commission for New Technologies and IT at the District Bar Council in Poznań. Lecturer.
In her free time, she loves to travel. She is interested in non-fiction literature, particularly Polish reportage.
