Wiktor Kapłon is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2025, he has been enrolled in the legal counsel training program at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
He holds a master’s degree in law, having defended his thesis in commercial company law, which concerned the procedure for excluding a partner from a limited liability company. His interests include civil proceedings, in particular enforcement proceedings, and commercial law in the broad sense, with a focus on commercial company law.
He also gained his professional experience during his studies, working in law firms in Poznań.
Privately, he is a football enthusiast, an active player in a football club and, since 2018, a football referee
in the Referees’ Association of the Wielkopolska Football Association. In addition to football, he has
been regularly training in swimming for many years. His other interests include music, in particular
playing the piano.
