She is experienced in advising and supporting employers in all kinds of cases related with employment, including in particular support in litigations, carrying out audits in that area of company’s activity, supporting clients in negotiations with trade unions, conducting collective redundancies and reorganizations of employing entities, drafting contracts and statements for the use of employers, as well as analyzing and verifying various issues connected with employment.
In years 2006-2014, she was leading a department of employment law in significant law firm in Poznań. Her team provided assistance in the field of any issues related with employment to retail chains, production and trade companies, banks. She has rich training experience. She served multiple times as a speaker during different conferences. She is especially keen to hold meetings with employers from HR departments or management teams and gladly organizes various debates and workshops concerning employment law issues.

Currently, in response to increasing need in the market for highly specialized legal services, she decided to start a boutique law firm focused fully to employment law in all its aspects, offering her services to employers, in particular their HR departments.
