A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. A member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. From July 2018 entered onto the list of Attorneys-at-Law.
She has written her master’s thesis in the field of the public procurement law, making an analysis of the legal and organizational structure of the National Appeals Chamber as well as the significance of its jurisprudence in the field of the criteria for the evaluation of the offers.
In her previous professional practice she has dealt mostly with the legal services economic of entities with a particular emphasis on partnerships and corporations. Furthermore She has participated in legal advice in the field of the broadly understood family business succession as well as in the field of the responsibility of the traders under implied warranty.
She has extensive experience in the field of creating draft agreements, in providing opinions and negotiating agreements which are entered into by the economic entities.
Her professional interests are focused primarily on company law. Nevertheless, she is open to new challenges.
An enthusiast of bike tours and jogging – currently she is a four-time participant of a half marathon. As a volunteer, she helps in the annual organisation of the biggest Polish meeting of young Catholics both from Poland and abroad.
